1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, school, or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY

CCEPlay is intended for collegiate participants and a general audience in the Philippines. You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use the Services. If you are a minor under applicable law, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. Certain events or programs may have additional eligibility requirements (such as current enrollment at a participating school), which will be stated for those events.

3. YOUR ACCOUNT

Registration and sign-in are handled through Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the account used to access the Services and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it up to date. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE AND COMMUNITY CONDUCT

We want CCEPlay to be a safe and welcoming community. When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the rights of others
• Post or share content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, hateful, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Harass, bully, threaten, impersonate, or intimidate other users or staff
• Cheat, exploit, use unauthorized software, or otherwise manipulate events, tournaments, rankings, points, or rewards
• Upload viruses or malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other users' accounts
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Services without our permission, or use the Services to send spam
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our community guidelines.

5. USER CONTENT AND LICENSE

The Services let you create and share content, including community posts, comments, images, and other media ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Services.

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and that it does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party. We may, but are not obligated to, review, monitor, or remove User Content at our discretion.

6. EVENTS, TOURNAMENTS, AND REWARDS

The Services may offer esports events, tournaments, rallies, campaigns, quests, and related activities that can award points, badges, or other rewards. Specific rules, schedules, eligibility, and prize details may be published for each activity and form part of these Terms for that activity. Points and rewards have no cash value unless expressly stated, are non-transferable, and may be adjusted, expired, or revoked in cases of error, fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms. We may modify, suspend, or cancel any event or reward program where reasonably necessary.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Services and all materials we provide, including software, text, graphics, logos, and the CCEPlay and W/P Gaming brands, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

The Services rely on and may link to third-party services (for example, Google for sign-in and media or hosting providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, W/P Gaming and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

10. TERMINATION

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time; see our Data Deletion instructions. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or to protect the Services or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that may apply to you.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date and will be effective as soon as it is accessible. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
